JB Sparx is a French-born house music producer & DJ. He originates from Cannes, France, and has now been producing music for almost 10 years. In 2010, JB signed to a London based record label - Agency Global.

At 15, JB and his family relocated to Dubai – the place where he first discovered dance music and where he began producing. Over the next 3 years he chose to turn his hobby into his passion and decided to revolve his world around music and its production. He returned to France at 18, and enlisted, straight away, onto a Music Production and Sound Design course in Paris to further develop his talent for production.

With friends and family still in Dubai, JB returned after his studies and soon started to make an impact within the city with his talent for DJ-ing. During his second tenure in Dubai, JB made some very important musical connections, and was approached by EMI Music Arabia, with whom he produced one of his own productions - 'Desert Arabia.' Said track appeared on the EMI compilation album 'Arabian Nights 2007', which became the biggest selling compilation of 2007 in Dubai. During his time abroad he also got to play at some of Abu Dhabi's & Dubai's most prestigious clubs such as Zinc, Peppermint, Illusions, Sho Cho, The Level Lounge, Plastik, Zenith & Luce. He also performed at the annual Abu Dhabi Fashion Week and Dubai's high-profile Film Festival in 2007.

In 2008, JB returned to France with the aim being to boost his profile in Europe and to hone-in on developing his 'European house/dance' sound. In doing so, he re-named himself as 'Jean Paris' and DJ'd during the summer months around the French Riviera in clubs such as; Le Coco Club, La Suite, Disco Butterfly & La Palousa. However, It was in Paris where he was to be scouted by Agency Global's Director, Nadeem Sham. The Record Company boss decided to offer JB a record contract having witnessed one of his sets in the cities' 'Le Cab' nightclub in September 2010.

JB has since moved to London in order to focus fully on his newly signed record contract, and will release tracks under his brand new moniker - 'JB Sparx'

JB describes his 2011 sound as "Modern House or even Pop House, electronic yet melodic". His productions, at times, are akin to the modern French influence that's been prevalent in dance singles of late, such as Stromae's 'Alors on Danse'. David Guetta, Chris Lake, Deadmau5, Armin Van Buuren & Sander Von Doorn are the DJ's whom JB counts as his biggest influences.

His amazing English/French Dance single 'Paradise (J'adore Quand Tu Danses)' is set to make quite an impression and will be released in Q3 2011.
